Compounded Sildenafil/Tadalafil is prepared by a licensed US pharmacy and is not FDA-approved. This combination of two PDE5 inhibitors has not been studied or approved as a combined product, and combining them may increase the risk of side effects, including low blood pressure. Prescription only; available only if a licensed provider determines it is appropriate for you. Do not take with any other ED medication. Tadalafil’s effects can last up to 36 hours. Do not use with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin), “poppers,” or riociguat, and tell your provider about any alpha-blockers or blood pressure medications.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion and back or muscle aches. Serious risks include a sudden drop in blood pressure, priapism (an erection lasting more than 4 hours, which requires emergency care), and sudden vision or hearing loss — seek immediate medical attention if these occur. Not for use by anyone for whom sexual activity is inadvisable due to a heart condition. These medications do not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Individual results vary.
