Getting started
You complete a short online assessment about your health, history and goals. A US-licensed clinician reviews it and may message you with follow-up questions. If they decide treatment is appropriate, they write a prescription, and a licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your medication to you.

You'll be notified as soon as your clinician has reviewed your assessment. They may reach out through the patient portal if they need more information.
It depends on your state and your health history. Some states require a live consultation, and your clinician may request one if it's clinically appropriate. We'll let you know if this applies to you.
Eligibility
GLP-1 medications are generally considered for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 and above with at least one weight-related health condition. Eligibility is always decided by a licensed clinician after reviewing your full medical history.
GLP-1 treatment is not appropriate for everyone. It is generally not prescribed to people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or who have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, a history of pancreatitis, or certain other conditions. Your clinician will assess this with you.
Availability varies by state and is confirmed at the start of your assessment.

Medication
GLP-1 medications work like a hormone your body naturally produces after eating. They are prescribed to support weight management alongside nutrition and activity.
A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
A clinician may prescribe a compounded medication when they determine it's appropriate for an individual patient, for example when a specific dose or formulation is clinically needed. Your clinician will explain the reasons for their recommendation.
Yes. Depending on your clinician's assessment, branded FDA-approved GLP-1 medications may be prescribed. Pricing for branded medications varies.
The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications are gastrointestinal, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. Serious side effects are possible. Your clinician will review the risks with you before prescribing, and you can message your care team at any time.
Everyone responds differently, and results vary. GLP-1 treatment is most effective as part of a plan that includes nutrition and activity. We don't promise specific outcomes.
Your prescription comes with instructions from your clinician and the dispensing pharmacy. Always follow those instructions and contact your care team with any questions.
Pricing and Billing
Pricing depends on the medication your clinician prescribes and is shown on each treatment page before you start.
Plans are billed on a recurring basis so your treatment continues without gaps. You can pause or cancel before your next order is processed.
dayla is a self-pay service and does not bill insurance.
When am I charged? Medication is only dispensed after a licensed clinician approves your prescription. Full billing details are shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the US states where dayla is available. We can't ship to PO boxes or outside the US.
Delivery times depend on your medication and location. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Yes. Orders arrive in plain packaging with no reference to the contents.
Some medications need to be kept cold. These ship in temperature-controlled packaging with storage instructions. Refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.
