Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: [set on publish date]
For your safety and in line with pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispensed and shipped. This applies to all medications, including unopened packages.
You are only charged for medication after a licensed clinician approves your prescription. If your clinician decides treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for medication.
You can cancel an order at any time before it is sent to the pharmacy for dispensing. If you cancel at this stage, you will receive a full refund of any medication charge to your original payment method.
You can cancel or pause your plan at any time through the patient portal or by emailing support@daylahealth.com. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or pause before your next order is processed. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund orders already dispensed.
Once an order has been sent to the pharmacy and dispensed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as described in section 6.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, is lost in transit, or temperature-sensitive medication arrives compromised, contact support@daylahealth.com as soon as possible, with photos where possible. Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not use medication that appears damaged.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. When the funds appear depends on your bank.
